The Billabong SAST brings the seventh stop of the South African Surf Tour to Victoria Bay over the Heritage Day weekend. Surfers will have a valuable late-season opportunity to earn tour points and make their performances count. Open Men’s and Women’s divisions complement the junior programme for a weekend of competitive surfing on the Garden Route.
